January Professional Services Group meeting.
On Wednesday 25th January we met a Lakes College (thanks for the hospitality) to explore, share and discuss the value of “Coaching & Mentoring” as part of a Leadership Development programme.
The room was full, the conversation vibrant and it was great to get insight, ideas and many examples from a cross-section of business organisations within the Professional Services sector.
Key takeaways and actions agreed 2 working groups will explore further.
· Could having a BECBC members “Mentoring Exchange” add value to member organisations and their employees?
· How can a Coaching programme, accelerate, expand and develop our team leaders and managers, as we all adapt to the rapid changes in the business environment and working practices

The LLW Repository Ltd (trading as Nuclear Waste Services) Commercial team will talk members through the Business and Technical Services Marketplace which they operate on behalf of the NDA group.
