Professional Services Group Meeting 25th January 9.30-11.30 at Lakes College
We hear from many member companies that they are having to increasingly build management capabilities within their businesses so this meeting will focus on coaching and mentoring staff to support an organisations SMART objectives. We will be asking the question “How do we best coach and develop our leadership teams to handle the challenges we are facing now and into the future?”
Nine years ago Ivan Baldwin joined our board and later went on to chair the board for over 6 years, stepping back from that position in 2022. Ivan has decided it's time to step aside as his current tenure comes to a close and make room for another member to take a place on the board. With Ruth Sellick's first three year tenure now coming to an end and her decision to stand for re-election there will be two vacancies posted in March so watch out for applications opening!
