Working with local contractor, PPM Ltd, we are assisting in value engineering and design of light industrial units at the former PPM depot in Lakes Road, Derwent Howe, Workington.

The development will provide a total of 7 lock up units for local trades and business. Constructed to modern standards, they provide a light and useable space for storage, workshop or a trade desk.
