Morgan Sindall crowned 2023 contracts league champion
A surge of contract wins in the second half of last year saw Morgan Sindall reign supreme with the greatest haul of new work over 2023.
The firm took pole position in the contracts league rankings with a total work haul estimated at £2.14bn. It also bagged the most contract wins securing a 153 projects over the year.
Bouygues ranked second place with around £1.97bn of work ending a good year of work winning for the firm.
Balfour Beatty returned to form ranking in third place over the year after failing to make the top 10 firms for the last two years.

The top 100 firms together bagged over £36bn of work – down 16% on last year.
The top 10 firms saw their share of total new orders secured by the 100 leading contractors edge up to 40% from 38% in the prior year, according to data collected by information specialist Barbour ABI.
