Game Changers funding announced for seven cutting-edge autonomous transport projects looking to revolutionise package journeys across the Sellafield Ltd site.
Academy of Robotics, Ada Mode, Cyclopic Limited, Delkia, Digital Concepts Engineering, IDV Robotics Ltd, and Ribble Valley Robotics Ltd have all been awarded funding for feasibility studies into autonomous transport solutions aimed at reducing the dependence on driver and vehicle availability and enhancing operational efficiency and safety at Sellafield.
With support from our Game Changers team of innovation and commercialisation experts, these companies will showcase the capabilities of their technology, and develop their business cases for further Game Changers funding.
The impressive array of applications received for the challenge showcases the robust capacity in the UK for advancing autonomous transport technology.
