Charlotte Norris Joins the Team at Acorn Coaching & Development

Acorn are always keen to hear from experienced coaches and consultants interested in joining us and, from one such inquiry, are absolutely delighted to welcome Charlotte Norris to our team of associates.

Charlotte and her husband have recently relocated from the South East to Cockermouth here in Cumbria and brings with her more than 25-years’ experience working across diverse sectors including retail and FMCG, travel and hospitality, the Cabinet Office and the NHS.

Her career to date has also seen Charlotte working in Ras Al-Khaimah and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

Initially Charlotte will be working with Acorn to provide one-to-one coaching for a senior executive in the nuclear sector with her results-focused, collaborative approach already proving highly beneficial.

In addition to individual coaching, Charlotte has worked extensively with teams and, like Acorn, views each team as a distinctly unique group and creates bespoke processes to work with them, looking at how behaviour can improve performance.
