Britain's Energy Coast Business Cluster invites Harrison Network to facilitate its next Business Strategy Conversation
Britain’s Energy Coast Business Cluster (BECBC) has invited BECBC member, Harrison Network, to facilitate the cluster’s upcoming strategy conversation.
“As we move towards pulling our next business strategy for 2024 – 2027 together, we are inviting Harrison Network, to help facilitate our conversations to ensure we hear and include the voices of our team, our members and key stakeholders. Harrison Network will bring the strands of key voices together and support our executive team as we reflect those discussions on paper in the strategy. The member meeting in August of this year, for example, will see us setting time aside for our members to contribute to the discussion. We will also be looking at ways to include members who cannot attend, and, of course, our extended team.
Harrison Network’s team offers a breadth of experience in their team. Some have a deep understanding of BECBC but others are able to bring a fresh perspective to the table. I am especially happy that we were able to source this know-how from within our membership. It is important to us to maximise and promote the skills and expertise in our midst.”, Dianne Richardson, CEO, Britain’s Energy Coast Business Cluster.
BECBC is in its 20th anniversary year. Its purpose is to create an environment in which members can easily collaborate and do business. Over the last year, the cluster has seen strong growth among its membership, in particular in the fast-moving nuclear and engineering sectors. The new strategy will seek to create enhanced value for members in the years to come while continuing to drive benefits for the wider community in Cumbria and the North-West.
“We’re delighted to be working with BECBC as they develop their future strategy. As members of the organisation for nine years, being able to use our skills to support its ongoing development is really exciting. Harrison Network specialises in coaching people and teams as they develop to meet the changing needs of the world around them. We can’t wait to work with this amazing team to help facilitate the next stage of BECBC’s journey.”, Lucy Harrison, Director, Harrison Network.
