11 bag spots on £1bn North West Construction Hub
The North West Construction Hub has selected the firms taking spots on its medium-value building framework with the promise of a potential work pipeline of £250m-£1bn.
Henry Bros, Seddon and Tilbury Douglas are newcomers to the construction framework as Eric Wright and Wates bow out of the new line-up, entering its fourth generation.

It has been procured to deliver projects across values of £3m to £8m.
The framework will come into force this month and will run for four years.
So far NWCH has delivered, or is in the process of delivering, 449 projects with an aggregated value of £2.66bn, through its suite of frameworks on behalf of 114 public sector clients from the North West.
