The company's aim is to provide high quality training to the unemployed, low income and people from under-privileged backgrounds in sectors that have a genuine skills shortages. Our training has a practical bias and provides learners with the skills and knowledge to reduce the need for income support and secure skills and education offering a pathway meaningful employment with a future supporting a thriving and resilient economy borne of access to relevant digital skills. We aim to engage with communities and provide open training opportunities for local groups and charitable organisations around digital technologies and nurture digital technical education at a grass-roots level by embedding future in demand skills in the current and future workforces leading to secure well-paid jobs and thriving local economies. We aim to increase skills, knowledge, aspirations and access to opportunities, support and assist communities to thrive by delivering and supporting sustainable activities that create self-reliance and independence.
