When it comes to developing a wellbeing strategy it really is all about the execution. However the idiosyncratic nature of wellbeing means that simply applying the statistics doesn't work. We just don't know who the '1 in 4' people are (with mental health issues) until it is too late. Do we focus on everyone, do we bury our heads in the sand? Perhaps an App will help or some mindfulness training? In your heads you might be thinking JUST BE SEEN TO DO SOMETHING! Well that was Wellbeing 2022.

When developing a wellbeing strategy, or any strategy for that matter, too often we jump to WHERE DO WE WANT TO BE?, Step 2 in the strategy development process below, without completing Step1, knowing where we actually are. And if we don't know where we are, WE ARE LOST!

1. Where are we now?

2. Where do we want to get to?

3. How can we get there?

4. Which way is best?

5. How do we ensure arrival?
